How long until my bag ships?

Every order is dispatched within 4–7 days of being placed and ships across India. How long the courier takes after that depends on your courier zone.

Is tax included in the price?

Yes — every price shown already includes all taxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange a bag?

We offer exchanges only — we don't issue refunds. Message us on WhatsApp within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number, and we'll help you swap it for another size, colour or bag.

To be eligible the bag needs to be unworn and unused, with its tags and original packaging. Sale items can't be exchanged. Please don't send anything back before messaging first — unrequested returns can't be accepted.

My bag arrived damaged or it's the wrong one.

Check your order as soon as it arrives and WhatsApp us straight away if it's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered — we'll make it right.

How do I track my order?

Fastest way: WhatsApp us your order number (it's in your confirmation email or SMS) and we'll tell you exactly where it is. Your account page — the person icon in the header — also lists your orders and their status.

How do I look after my bag?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not soak. Store stuffed and upright, away from sunlight. Keep away from perfume and alcohol sprays.
